2) The back is printed as per all our other backs of the Novelty Photo ID Cards.

3) Our upload picture page is available after you complete your paypal payment, on the final THANK YOU page, the link is in red or you can email us your pictures if you wish.

4) Please note if you do not upload your image on the Thank You page then you can email us with your picture along with your order number...we have had problems trying to contact people asking for their pictures so please use an email address which you use frequently.
