TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASING NOVELTY FAKE DRIVING LICENCE

1. Cards are sold strictly as novelties. They have no official status or other status and do not confer any rights or privileges of any kind whatsoever on the bearer. Cards are not meant as any kind of data verification.
2. In no event will www.Personalisedforu.co.uk be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential loss or damage whatsoever from the use of any card purchased.
3. None of these cards are official in any way, nor are they meant as copies of, or attempts to pass off as, any existing original card.
4. Misuse of any card may be illegal, whether as a result of misrepresentation, fraud, abuse, or other. If you choose to misuse this card for anything other than its purpose of a novelty card you recognise that you may be breaking the law.
5. The right to refuse any card to any applicant on any grounds is reserved.
6. www.personalisedforu.co.uk are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards and are under no obligation whatsoever to replace such cards.
7. www.personalisedforu.co.uk will not be held responsible for any postal strikes or any other such delay in the delivery of your card once it has left our office.
8. You acknowledge proof of posting is not proof of delivery when sending forms, photographs or any other item to us.
9. Ownership of novelty ID cards may be illegal in some areas. It is your responsibility to make sure the product is legal in your area before purchasing. By purchasing a novelty card you declare that ownership of novelty cards is legal in your country/place of residence.
10. Supplying us with fraudulent details may be illegal. It is understood by you that using www.personalisedforu.co.uk cards to lie about your age or status, for any purpose is illegal.
11. 'Fake ID' is a generic term and has no implicit meaning.
12. www.personalisedforu.co.uk do not encourage or condone the use of false identification in any circumstances.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.   Product specifications and conditions of sale may be amended without prior warning. Quotations may be withdrawn without notice at any time  prior to acceptance of order

2.   Prices charged will be those in force at the time of order.

3.   All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4.  Shortages, damaged or wrong goods supplied should be returned within 10 days of receipt of goods. Our aim is to provide a next working day delivery service, however circumstances beyond our control may extend this by a day or two. If a delay of greater than 72 hours is expected we will contact you. It is IMPORTANT therefore that Non-delivery should be reported within 10 days of order date. Beyond that date there are great difficulties in claiming from our delivery agents, The Royal Mail.

5.  Disputes and complaints should be made directly to us by email or in writing. Your dispute or complaint will be acknowledged within 5 working days and we will aim to resolve it within 10 working days.

6.  We aim to dispatch goods on the same working day as receipt of order if the order is placed by 1pm and customers will be advised if this is not the case. Most goods are sent 1st Class Royal Mail, the aim of which is that they should arrive next working day wherever possible. Please allow a maximum of 28 days for delivery.

7.  POSTAGE DETAILS    All items are posted by 1st class Post or Standard Parcel Post.  This is included in the price so what you see is what you pay if you want it delivered to UK Mainland.  If using 1st Class Delivery or Standard Parcel Post.  All items we send are in good order when posted, any damage will therefore have been caused during the delivery process and will not be "our fault". When an item arrives by courier, please take time to open it and confirm the goods are in good order before signing for them. If it is signed for and later found to be damaged, NO CLAIM CAN BE MADE and we will not refund any money. If it is damaged, then sign for it as damaged or refuse delivery.

11.  REFUNDS   If item does not match description or is faulty, refund or replacement will be considered within 7 days of item being delivered. Item will need to be returned at buyers cost. There will be NO refunds of postage costs for any reasons. Refunds will only be given when the customer returns the goods.

 12. PAYMENT DETAILS   Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Products, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart.  After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

13.  BULK BUYING   Bulk buying is available on 10 items or more.  This is given on a scale % method.  Wholesale prices require the Customer to be logged into the site to receive their allocated discounts automatically.  Customer login and password will be given by www.personalisedforu.co.uk and items can only be sent to the address which the payment comes from.
